Opted for a queen room but got upgraded to a king bed, which was a nice surprise! The bathroom came with a shower, and they even provided a hairdryer 😊. Great bonus!

Room and accommodations were nice.

The staff was not adequately prepared for the number of people. We had to wait for many items to be prepared. The area was crowded.

The location of the hotel was great - not too far away from Village West. The venue was a cozy base for enjoying a fairly nice area. Units with 2 full size beds...

The room had a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, cable TV, a writing desk, and ironing facilities.

Comfortable bed, and maybe the best pillow I've ever slept on. Bright, clean, and a very modern look.

The room here was fantastic with a comfortable king bed and I was really pleased with it, plus the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of food.

Location was great

Hallways were really stuffy, and in spits kind of smelly, staff was ok not super friendly just ok. Breakfast was ok, biscuits were hard and eggs did not look appetizing. Bedding I'm sure was clean but didn't have a very clean feel. For the price and for what we received it should of been better.

The food here is really tasty and the rooms are super comfy and clean. I especially liked the shower and having two big beds to stretch out in. 🛏️

Everything was wonderful, courteous stuff made our stay very nice. The room was impressive and impeccable with a king bed, the shower and television, and all other comforts. The breakfast was free with variety of different food. The location was marvellous - just 5 minutes' walk from a soccer stadium. Also, the area was nice. The airport was 19 miles away.

Conveniently located near a shopping mall. Adequate hot breakfast. Spacious and comfortable room. Enjoyable pool for kids.

Breakfast was good. I had a maintenance issue with my shower and it took less than 15 minutes for staff to address and FIX the problem. Not only did they fix it quickly, they also discounted my room. Now that is going above and beyond.

It is going through renovations. My room seemed to be updated so I don't understand why the shower wasn't working on arrival.

The room was really nice and the bed was super comfortable, we had a great time. It was a bonus to have a bath in our own bathroom. The staff were so helpful and really paid attention to our needs. 🌟

Shower head was for disabled and it would not stay in the correct position.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Kansas City for a quick business trip. The room provided a long bench that was perfect for placing my luggage. I loved the convenience of the shampoo, conditioner, and body dispensers in the shower. The new window shades effectively blocked out light at night and allowed me to enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The breakfast options were excellent, and I appreciated having a Keurig, fridge, and microwave in the room.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
